The part most partners hand back to you

Plenty of consultancies deliver a working Odoo and disappear. We keep running it — on infrastructure we manage as code, tuned to hold up on the busiest day of your year.

What running it actually means

An Odoo that works on the day it goes live is not the same as an Odoo that still works two years later, three versions on, at four times the order volume. The second one needs someone whose job it is.

We host, monitor, patch, back up, restore-test and upgrade. When something breaks at eight in the morning, the person who answers is the person who built it.

Infrastructure as code

Every server we run is defined in a repository and deployed through CI. Nothing is configured by hand on a production machine, which means an environment can be rebuilt from scratch and a change can be reviewed before it lands.

That discipline is unglamorous right up until the moment it saves a weekend.

Performance and peak load

Odoo scales further than most people assume, but not on default settings. We size workers, tune Postgres, move heavy work into queues, and load-test against your real peak rather than a comfortable average.

One client group processes around 4,000 orders a day across five branches, and several times that when Black Friday arrives in four regions at once.

Continuous backups, not nightly copies

Most backup arrangements mean a copy taken overnight. If something goes wrong in the afternoon, that costs you the day's work — every order, every invoice, every stock movement since midnight.

We back up continuously instead: a periodic full copy of the database plus a running stream of every change made since. That is what shrinks the gap between the last safe state and the moment something went wrong.

Backups are restore-tested on a schedule, because a backup nobody has ever restored is a hope rather than a plan.

Keeping the noise out

Anything reachable from the internet is probed continuously — login attempts, vulnerability scans, automated abuse. We run active blocking in front of the systems we host, so hostile traffic is refused before it reaches Odoo rather than being cleaned up afterwards.

Upgrades on a schedule

Odoo ships a major version every year. Falling three behind turns a routine upgrade into a project. We keep clients on a planned cadence, test custom modules against the next release before it lands, and do the work in a staging environment first.

What you get

  • Hosting in German data centres, on infrastructure we manage
  • Monitoring with metrics, logs and alerting we watch
  • Continuous backups, verified by regular restore tests
  • Active blocking of hostile traffic before it reaches your system
  • Performance tuning and load testing ahead of known peaks
  • Version upgrades planned rather than deferred
  • A named person who answers, not a ticket queue
